The company gathers information about the project type, location, budget, timeline, drawings, permits, and expectations.

If required, a site visit is scheduled to review the property and understand project conditions.

The project scope, estimated timeline, and construction approach are reviewed.

Coordination begins with designers, engineers, consultants, trades, suppliers, and municipal requirements where applicable.

Construction begins according to the approved plan, schedule, and scope.

The client receives updates through meetings, calls, emails, photos, or a project dashboard if added.

The project is reviewed, deficiencies are addressed, cleanup is completed, and the project is handed over.
